Struggling with an efficient process when working on post production? It does start in the camera, but let’s work on filing, organization and quick edits that help working in the sales room. We will touch on sales, setting up the sales room, pre-sales in the design consultation and during the photo session.

Work on marketing techniques, look at a variety of products, even some branding opportunities to help set your business apart.

Social media is a real struggle for today’s market place with all businesses, so how do you find the balance. We will talk about this and how to schedule social media time for both a single studio operation and multi employee operation.
