    After the Beach Session, for anyone who is interested, I’m going to continue the class with some Nighttime Photography. We’ll cover Time Lapse Techniques for ‘Landscapes by Moonlight’ and “Steel Wool Photography’, ‘Painting with Light’ and anyting else we have time for. I’ll consider this a group class. So, If you have something to share on these subjects, I’ll encourage you to do so! Send me a message and I’ll make plans to include you!

    Our newest Board Member, Amy Minshull, has reserved a spot for her camper in the Lake Ogallala Campground. #43 (Below the Dam) This is going to be the ‘Home Base’ for the group to meet, and for the campfire.   • Bob Alberts - I never had the pleasure of meeting Ione, but I’ve heard her name a hundred times over the years, and have seen it in the PPN ByLaws many, many times.

    Ione was one of the founders of the PPN, and served on the first PPN Board of Directors. (PPN Royalty, right?)

    I knew that she & her husband were well respected members of the PPN, but had never heard about her conservation work. The attached article is a very interesting read. If you haven’t yet, I’d encourage you all to read it! It sounds like she was a very strong and accomplished woman.ReplyCancel
